We are dedicated to providing custom, high-quality products. All apparel and tote bags are made to order, meaning they are not pre-stocked items. This allows us to minimize waste and ensure each product is tailored to your preferences.

Order Accuracy: Please double and triple-check your order details before completing your purchase, especially sizes, colors, and any custom options selected. Due to the made-to-order nature of these products, once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Size Selection: If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to our size guide or reach out with any questions before placing your order. Unfortunately, if you order the incorrect size and your item has already shipped, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Restocking and Resizing Fees: If you do need to reorder an item due to an incorrect size selection, a restocking and resizing fee will apply. This fee helps us cover the costs of producing and shipping a new item.
