Not sure where to start with your design? We’ve got you covered! Our team’s graphic designer, Kirsten, is here to help bring your ideas to life. ✨

Kirsten has a passion for drawing and creativity, you’ll almost always find her with her iPad, ready to sketch out fresh designs as inspiration strikes. She graduated in December 2021 from Kent State University with a B.A. in Visual Communication Design, and she loves turning your vision into something beautiful and professional.

Accepted Design File Guidelines

To ensure the best possible print and product quality, we ask that all submitted design files follow these guidelines:

✅ Accepted File Types

  • .PNG (transparent background required)
  • .AI (Adobe Illustrator file)

❌ Not Accepted

  • Canva-Exported Files – Colors often do not translate properly across systems, which can cause discoloration.
  • .JPG / JPEG Files – These do not support transparency and can create issues in production.
  • Screenshots – Not suitable for high-quality printing.

Transparency Requirement

All files must have a transparent background. This ensures your design looks professional and prints correctly without unwanted edges or backgrounds.

If you don’t have a usable file, we’re happy to help! We offer logo design and file creation services at an additional cost. This ensures you’ll have a high-quality, print-ready file for this and future projects.
