Order Accuracy: Please double and triple-check your order details before completing your purchase, especially sizes, colors, and any custom options selected. Due to the made-to-order nature of these products, once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Size Selection: If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to our size guide or reach out with any questions before placing your order. Unfortunately, if you order the incorrect size and your item has already shipped, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Restocking and Resizing Fees: If you do need to reorder an item due to an incorrect size selection, a restocking and resizing fee will apply. This fee helps us cover the costs of producing and shipping a new item.

All orders ship from Stow, Ohio within 7-14 business days.

• Certain items will ship faster than other items. 

Once your order has shipped, it should arrive within 2 to 5 days to U.S. addresses depending on what shipping method you choose at checkout.
